The General Builder will have duties including:
- Brick up/plaster/fit air bricks to where gas fires have been removed (electric fire to be fitted at a future date) (20No +)
- Assist in removal of solid fuel stove/fires and then brick up/plaster/fit air vent (4No)
- Fit a new chimney pot (scaffold access via J Tomlinson) (6No)
- Repointing of a chimney (scaffold access via J Tomlinson) (2No)
- Fit new air vent (may involve core drill through wall for vent) (12No)
The General Builder will be paid £15.50 p/h and must have their own van and tools.
