Your duties will consist of servicing/maintaining and rectification on fire detection, alarm and ancillary systems installed primarily on various premises. Carry out diagnosis of open circuits, earth faults and bad data faults. You will ensure that all tasks are carried out to comply with relevant standards.
Ensuring that all works are carried out in timely manner and comply with the relevant standards (BS5839fire alarm faults and supplying accurate scopes of work to enable quote generation.
Minimum qualifications required for the role are as follows;
- Electrician (or proof of good electrical awareness)
- LU access passes/permits (preferable)
- Product training
- Previous experience of working on addressable and conventional fire system
- Good working knowledge of BS5839pt 1 2013
- Ideally hold City & Guilds or similar in electrical / electronic field
- FIA Qualifications
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting, friendly and fast paced team, delivering essential services to enabling TFL to deliver a world class service to their customers.
We are looking for 4 engineers to work on days or nights and the working hours are below;
Sunday - Thursday 22:00 PM - 06:00 AM
Monday - Friday 08:00 AM - 16:00 PM
This role is to start immediately so we are conducting interviews this week.
