Finance Administrator required in Kettering, paying an hourly rate of £13:46. This will be a temp to perm position for a successful administrator.

 

We require an financial administration expert to carry out the following tasks -

 

• Processing high volumes of invoices

• Self billing

• Creating & maintenance of Accounts

• Approval processing and compliance review of Purchase Requisitions

• Chasing payments

• Data input

• Bank reconciliations

Requirements - 

• A good basic education is essential, with at least GCSE passes in Maths and English or equivalent

• Higher educational qualifications to ‘A’ level/HNC/D or degree would be beneficial or equivalent

• Knowledge of Excel or Sage 50

• Highly numerate

• Good inputting skills
