Facilities Coordinator to be based in Burton upon Trent area. Paying a rate of circa £14.42 p/h paye. This has the potential to become a permanent role. The working hours are 40 per week.
- You will be managing the PPM and reactive maintenance on a busy engineering site.
- As FM coordinator you’ll control the disposal of Waste removal from site in line with ISO 14001 Environmental directives and legislation.
- Also the Safe Control of Contractors on site ensuring that both legislative requirements are met and to meet the company directive of Zero LTA’s.
- You will be issuing permits to work, a strong understanding of Permit to Work Systems will be required.
We require a Facilities Coordinator/Help desk coordinator who has good people skills, who is happy to talk to senior management and can deal with issues in a effective manner.
You must be computer literate, experience in CAFM would be ideal and NEBOSH Certification or equivalent would be great.
