Engineering Manager Responsibilities/Experience:
- Significant experience working in rolling stock depot environments.
- Managing engineering aspects of fleet operations and some experience of leading depot engineering activities.
- Reliability improvement programmes
- Maintenance Improvement programmes
- New fleet Introduction
- Fleet operations / depot operations
- Safety incidents and recovery plans
- Interaction with TUs
- Line management of local engineering team
