Employer Branding and Marketing Specialist

Contract Role

Rate: £330 per day

 

My client is a global organisation with an impressive reputation in the rail and rolling stock sectors. They are currently recruiting for an Employer Branding and Marketing Specialist to support the talent acquisition function with attracting the best talent to join the organisation.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

•             Build and execute employer brand activities to promote Hitachi Rail as an employer of choice to target talent

•             To develop and deploy content for key channels to market

•             Create and execute social media channel strategy (including posting, SEO and conversation management)

•             Work with Talent Acquisition teams to deliver recruitment marketing campaigns

•             Formulate and manage data insights

•             Advise and support stakeholders on employer branding topics

•             Work with manage external partners to deliver projects against defined goals

 

Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

 

Competences:

 

•             A passion for employer branding

•             At least 5 years professional experience in employer branding ideally internationally

•             Extensive knowledge of Social Media and 3rd party recruitment channels

•             Strong presentation and communication skills

•             Experience of collaborating in global teams as well as leading complex projects

•             Fluent English

•             Strong IT skills – typically Powerpoint, Word, Excel.

 

Qualifications:

 

•             Marketing (or related degree) and/or practical experience.

 

Behavioural:

 

•             Solutions driven and results orientated

•             Good written and verbal communication skills

•             Able to represent the company in a professional manner at all times

•             Good team worker and able to build relationship with other stakeholders
