E&P Design Engineer - Bristol

Due to unprecedented success in the South, an award-winning consultancy have secured a significant volume of electrical design work and so are seeking the rail industry’s most aspirational engineers to join the team.

Working amongst a multi-disciplinary team in Bristol, you will play a fundamental part in delivering various electrical design engineering packages for some of the rail industry’s largest schemes, with a bias towards low voltage. You can expect a variety of project work including signalling power, lighting, substation power and some involvement in HV design also.

As this consultancy are looking to continue to grow their footprint in the South, you will be supported through career development and progression opportunities. They are looking for their future Engineering Managers, so you must have ambition to progress through the ranks and advance your technical capabilities. To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or relevant subject
• IEng or CEng or currently completing chartership
• Minimum 3 years’ post graduate experience in Electrical Engineer design role
• Rail experience
