Customer Services Representative with ref. BH-30165

We have a new opportunity working as a Customer Services Representative for one of key Freight clients based in Doncaster.

A Customer Services Representative will be on a salary of between £20000 & £25000 and will work a 37.5-hour week Monday to Friday.

Our client on the lookout for a German speaking representative to play a vital part in the delivery of excellent service to their customers in Germany.

As a Customer Services Representative you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of parts enquiries and sales, liaising with warehouse staff and others in the business to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders, and maintaining our SAP system as appropriate.

Customer Services Representative Duties include:

· Creating quotations using SAP

· Verifying the accuracy and correctness of all terms and conditions of quotations and orders in line with customer and company expectations.

· Accurately processing orders in the SAP System including material ordering, material selection through to invoicing.

· Ensuring realistic delivery times are offered

· Arranging freight with nominated forwarders and completion of export paperwork and legal documents for export shipment and clearance

Customer Services Representative requirements are:

· Previous experience in customer service

· A can-do-attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer experience

· IT literate and confident communicating in German.
