Part-Time Customer Service Advisor - Outbound Team - Evenings
We are looking for part-time evening Customer Service Advisor’s to join our outbound meter reading team based within our contact centre in Wigan.
As a Customer Service Advisor within the team you will be contacting customers by making outbound calls to obtain their meter readings.

Working Pattern: 20 hours per week (Monday – Friday) 4:00pm - 8:00pm
Overtime available on Saturdays (9am-1pm).
Salary: £8.33 per hour
Once you have completed a probationary period of 12 weeks your salary will increase to £8.72 per hour.
What we are looking for
- Customer service experience, either telephone based or customer facing
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good level of education
- Computer literate with ability to operate Microsoft Office and email
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Good organisational and administrational skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
