Part-Time Customer Service Advisor - Outbound Team - Evenings

 

We are looking for part-time evening Customer Service Advisor’s to join our outbound meter reading team based within our contact centre in Wigan.

 

As a Customer Service Advisor within the team you will be contacting customers by making outbound calls to obtain their meter readings.

 

This is a great opportunity to be part of an ever-increasing company in the rapidly growing energy industry.

 

Working Pattern: 20 hours per week (Monday – Friday) 4:00pm - 8:00pm

 

Overtime available on Saturdays (9am-1pm).

 

Salary: £8.33 per hour

 

Once you have completed a probationary period of 12 weeks your salary will increase to £8.72 per hour.

 

What we are looking for 

  • Customer service experience, either telephone based or customer facing
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good level of education
  • Computer literate with ability to operate Microsoft Office and email
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Good organisational and administrational skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
