TXM Recruit are currently working with a leading composite supplier who are looking to bring in a number of Composite Laminators on a contract basis. This contract will be an initial 2-month contract and they can offer immediate starts.

The business has gone through a period of positive change and have used the pandemic to revaluate their processes and markets. As a result, the work you would undertake as a composite laminator would be very varied, working across different industries and components on a day-to-day basis. This will give you the opportunity to move between your skill sets, ensuring you are always doing something interesting and challenging.

They have also recently refurbished a large proportion on their facility and have made some great strides in creating a very positive and inviting culture. They have managed to create an environment that welcomes both contract and permanent staff in. This has made them a favourite of a lot of contractors, with most returning for more than one stint.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in a high precision composite manufacturing environment working on both internal and external parts. Ideally you will have prior experience in the Automotive, Motorsport or Aerospace industry's although other areas will be considered.
