As part of the Lean Enterprise Team you will be responsible for managing lean activity within the region (UK & Scandinavia) to improve the performance of manufacturing, further developing a lean culture through training of general lean tools, TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma and managing major improvement projects.

You will be a six sigma belt holder (ideally black) and an expert in Lean methodologies. You will have worked in a similar role for a reasonable period of time and be experienced managing multiple projects on an international basis.

You must have excellent management and communications skills, be able to flex your approach to the target audience, deliver results through influencing and motivating others and have strong numerical and analytical skills.
