Role – Permanent Opportunity
Salary - £15 - £18 PH (Can earn up to £36,000 PA)
About
An Opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading Motorsport Manufacturers in the UK. The client we are representing are looking to challenge convention, by combining their motorsport specialists and there free-thinking culture. This business supports the likes of Mercedes F1, Red Bull F1 and McLaren F1 and they are now actively recruiting for a variety of composite laminators.
Key responsibilities
- Trim, bond and assemble carbon fibre components utilizing engineering drawings and build manuals
- Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency
- Has the ability to read engineering drawings would be an advantage but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail is essential
- Excellent accuracy level
- Constant aware of health and safety
- Good verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to listen to and follow instructions
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Used to working in a fast-moving environment
- Flexible
- Problem Solving skills
Candidate specification
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in the automotive/ motorsport sector
- Good knowledge of laminating processes
- The client is looking for an enthusiastic individual that is looking to build a long-term career with them
- Passionate about motorsport
- Ability to adapt and be flexible to customer requirements
