TXM Recruit has an excellent opportunity for an Experienced CNC Turner to join a well-established company based in Didcot, Oxfordshire.

The Company:

The client are an independently run multi axis CNC precision engineering company specialising in the sub-contract manufacture of milled and turned components from a wide variety of engineering sectors. Formed in 2012 they have continued to grow rapidly into a company of high regard, with quality and reliability at its forefront. they are now looking to recruit an experienced CNC Turner.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the Programming, Setting, Editing and Operating of Doosan Lathes including Y-axis and Live (milling) tooling. Ideally the candidate will have completed a formal apprenticeship, but this is not essential. Good engineering knowledge and experience of CNC turning is a requirement.

The Candidate:

You must be able to understand and interpret engineering drawings, and a good level of concentration as well as working both supervised and unsupervised. An excellent understanding of CNC turning. The ability of being able to visualise a finished component from the drawing stage. Experience of processing a verity of materials used on both simple and complex parts from small to medium batches.

Working Hours: Day Shift.

Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 17:00, Friday 8:00 - 16:30 Overtime is available
