TXM Recruit are currently working with a growing sub-contract precision engineering company looking for another setter operator to keep our Hurco 3&5 axis milling machines running.

We have an excellent reputation in what we do.

The successful applicants will be required to read technical drawings, source material and set tooling and datums. Also be confident in proving new programs.

You will be using modern equipment to produce small to medium batch size orders in a variety of material.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Demonstrate a sound knowledge of work holding, tool selection, quality awareness and time management.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Work to tight deadlines
  • At times, be able to work under pressure
  • To have a flexible approach
