TXM Recruit are partnered with a highly respected Consultancy who are urgently looking for multiple Clerks of Works to support the final stage of construction for one of their high profile Healthcare projects based in Brighton. 

ASAP Start

3 months minimum

The project:
  • Brighton hospital project
  • Works require inspecting the final parts of a hospital building with 1,800 rooms 
  • Project value - £450m
  • To complete the last year of construction works within a great team
  • Located in their Brighton office 4-5 days a week

About you: 
  • Degree in Construction / Project Management or similar 
  • Registered with ICWCI or a registered specialism but not essential.
  • Must have healthcare experience / Finishing woks and major project £100m+
  • Someone that has a good eye for detail, can read drawings and specs,
  • IT literate, particularly FieldView
  • Immediately available
