Cleaner - I am looking for a cleaner to work on a large commercial building in Newport. The cleaner would be working for a company that offer superb career development and really do go above and beyond to develop their staff. The cleaner should possess the following;

• Experience of cleaning in a large public building

• Capable of cleaning in a Custody Environment, dealing with cleaning activities which are outside of the norm e.g. Dirty Protests

• To be able to respond to many requests and at times work under pressure 

• BICSc Level 1 trained

• Knowledge of Blood Bourne Pathogen risks

• Understanding of Health & Safety principles in the Workplace

• Knowledge of COSHH Legislation

• Be aware of the use of risk assessments and method statements prior to cleaning tasks

• Must demonstrate appropriate cleaning knowledge, colour coding and chemical competence

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Good time keeping and organisational skills
