CAD/Asset Management Operator with ref. BH-30864-1

TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation. They are expanding and are looking for a CAD/Asset Management Operator to join their team who can develop a coordinated set of Overlay Plans/Drawings based on current and past events and implement a process/frequency for the regular update and issue of the Overlay Plans.

Your duties will consist of updating the asset register of key systems and warranties for and completed projects. You will also provide accurate, detailed and to scale drawings.

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

Correspondence and filing of paper and electronic compliance documents in line with new and completed projects
Update Asset register of key systems and warranties for new and completed projects.
Management of site systems such as Zutec / Concept Evolution (CAFM) / Allianz with detailed & accurate information ensuring supporting information / evidence is in place.
To enable full auditable trails on management of Wembley Stadium asset management system
Creating and amending PPMs maintenance tasks on CAFM system against contract assets.
Create high-quality detailed technical drawings and plans based on designs supplied by internal departments such as FM, Projects and Event Ops and make modifications to existing drawings.
Create Stadium drawings for external Event Owners, including overlaying their event production (layouts) into our drawings.
Liaise with internal departments to understand their design requirements and provide technical advice
Provide accurate, detailed and to scale drawings (plan and elevations).
Ensure drawings are compliant with industry and health and safety standards and protocols
Conduct site visits within the stadium to survey, collect data for drawings.
Assist in creating a drawing management strategy for Stadium Zutec system (document management system).
Document controller - retrieve and issue to team existing information form Zutec and upload new as-built information
Working with and updating event related drawing templates and models.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records and version control.
Meets all deadlines.
Manage storage library of all venue CAD plans

Experience/About you

Good PC based skills, with experience in Word/Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint etc. - intermediate to advance level.
Calm manner, able to work under pressure and with changing demands and priorities.
Proficient level of IT skills
Ability to effectively work under pressure
Knowledge of Integrated CAFM systems
Certified qualification in AutoCAD (e.g. City and Guilds or HNC).
Minimum: 4 years CAD experience
A good knowledge of CAD production standards and document control.
Working to tight deadlines to produce new designs or update existing drawings.
Review drawings to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.
Accurately complete paperwork for project tracking
Excellent computer knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Experience in leisure, stadia or other places with public assembly venue management
Good Understanding of Health and Safety
Good technical understanding of event operations
Always looking to widen role and develop other skill sets
Create original drawings from hand sketches
Desired experience with Concept Evolution
Desired experience with Sharepoint
Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC/Fabric experience.
Familiar with the working principles of ISO 50001 and 550001
