This role is based in Lakenheath

An exciting position for a Building Surveyor has risen to ensure all documentation is prepared in like with the stage gate process, approvals granted and collation of all. To include preparation of the CDM File with producing a project file for delivery to be retained for the future. As well as undertaking a variety of surveys and inspections including condition surveys, dilapidation surveys and determining the condition of existing buildings.

This is a contracted fulltime role, suited to an individual who is looking for a work life balance working Monday – Friday 09:00 AM – 18:00 PM. If successful you will join on a contracting basis at the end of which there is an opportunity for a permanent role.

If this role is something which you are interested in you’ll carry a substantial understanding and experience of Cost management, RIBA Stages, and NEC Forms. As an efficient and motivated as you are, you will be very aware of Health and Safety and Environmental Policies. You will have a minimum of 1 – 5 Years’ experience within the Industry, RICS (B.Sc. Hons – Building Surveyor) Working towards charted status. Strong IT Skills and knowledge of relevant software including AutoCAD and BIM.
