Building Maintenance Technician – I am looking for a Building Maintenance Technician to join one of the biggest supermarket chains in the UK on a temp to perm basis across the Peterborough/Lincoln regon.

The Building Maintenance Technician would be working for a company that have a great retention rate, offer superb career development and really do go above and beyond to develop their staff. The role will be on a temp to perm basis for a company that offers stability, job retention and constant training to help engineers reach their potential.

The Building Maintenance Technician will be carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance with having experience carrying out similar work in a commercial environment.

The Building Maintenance Technician will need to have:

· Strong customer service skills
· A recognised Joinery/Carpentry qualification (ideal).
· Experience in installing barriers, fire exit doors, timber frames and other commercial installations.
· Competent across other trades such as decorating, tiling and patch plastering.
· Full UK Driving Licence.

£12.50 p/h PAYE
Company vehicle, fuel card, tools and PDA.
Continuous training and reviewed salary.
