B2B Sales Administrator
Initial 1 Month Contract
Motorsport Team Based Surry

TXM Recruit are currently working with a Formula 1 team who are looking to bring in a temporary B2B Sales Administrator, to support their partner merchandising function. 

The team are well known in the industry for having a fantastic working atmosphere, they've created a great culture within the business and give everyone the opportunity to excel and grow in their role. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work as an integral part of the B2B Merchandising team.
  • Raise purchase orders for important business partners.
  • Provide general sales admin support to the team.
  • Ensure sufficient stock is available by liaising with the warehouse, to ensure deliveries are carried out in time.
  • Work with the groups logistics partner to ensure successful delivery of merchandise.
  • Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Required Experience and Attributes:
  • Previous experience of raising and managing Purchase Orders.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Strong Excel working knowledge. Exposure to Javelin would also be advantageous.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal are a must.
  • Previous experience of providing admin support in a Sales or Buying environment.
