£33,000 + Overtime. 

Here at TXM, we are recruiting for an Assistant Technician who has the capability to aid with the existing team in place, driving the business forward to the next level, off the back of some big project wins over the last 12 months.

Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to carry out Fault finding/electrical and mechanical maintenance of rolling stock as directed by the Team Leader/Technician and in accordance with laid down instructions, to ensure that the trains operate over the network in a safe and reliable manner.

Don’t need rail exp, just need to have good mechanical OR electrical knowledge (HGV / Ex Forces / Buses / Cars / Aerospace)

Shift pattern likely to be 4 on 4 off

Interviews required prior to start

Start date and interviews ASAP

Job is fault finding / electrical and mechanical maintenance of rolling stock components

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.

Must be able to pass a drugs and alcohol before being allowed onsite.
