TXM Recruit are looking for a Production Support Administrator on a 6 month contract to join a leading Rail mobility company in Craigentinny

Shifts: Nights (4 on and 4 off)
Role Responsibilities:

  • Order book management Dealing with order/ Invoice issues
  • Following up orders and deliveries
  • Checking of stock
  • General administration duties
  • Updating stock level documents
  • Material Management
  • Dealing with receipt issues
  • Following up overdue orders
  • Taking information from Technicians and adding data onto the Maintenance Management Systems
  • Data inputting
Essential Requirements:

· A professional approach

· Strong Administration background

· Good communication skills

· Able to work under pressure

· Self-motivated and pro-active

 

Desirable Requirements:

  • Excel and Word proficiency
  • Good IT skills
