Admin Assistant required for a electronics manufacturing company in Bedfordshire.

This is an office based position they should have strong administrative skills and competent in Word/Excel & Outlook along with working on the ERP system (Navision). 

To convert build data on the company Navision system and compile assembly documentation into a different format. To provide administrative support. Compile data, and prepare documents. Contact company personnel at all organisational levels to gather information and prepare documents. Assignments may be found in various functional areas. Part Number creation. Preparation of Build of Materials (BOMs) and product specific routing using the company Navision system.

Update Build of Materials (BOMs), and work instructions according to the quality management system ensuring the appropriate areas of the business are aware.

High grade GCSE’s in Maths and English. Strong MS Office/IT skills. Ideally experienced in use of Navision systems.
