The key accountabilities of this role are:
- Setting up and maintaining personnel files, including chasing missing information
- Maintaining standard reports on salary, starters and leavers etc.
- Producing contracts of employment
- Preparing changes to terms and conditions of employment
- Processing leavers including calculating outstanding monies
- Assist with the day to say administration processes for probations, promotions, transfers etc.
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Preferably CIPD
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
