We are currently looking for a Production Co-Coordinator to join an ever growing engineering company based in Croyden.

Core responsibilities
  • Creation and completion of shop floor paperwork Manufacturing/Service Orders and Strip/Survey sheets
  • Administration of Navision tasks for project
  • Administration of project trackers
  • General Administration tasks including invoicing customers, raising purchase orders, creating inventory transfers
  • Checking of orders for key elements around standard cost, material, labour
  • Communication of project progress to customers
  • Collation and communication of project documentation
  • Labour Recording and Posting in Navision
  • Sub-Contract buying and co-ordination of sub contract activities directly with suppliers
  • Monitoring of job performance to ensure that variances to standards are reported and investigated in line with labour recording
  • Coordinating with stores departments on shipments and receipts of customer assets
  • Co-ordination with service engineers and sales teams on technical documents and job packs
  • Archiving of job packs and documentation
 
Professional Experience & Education

  • Good Team working skills are essential
  • Production or Operational administration experience
  • Microsoft Office particularly MS Project
  • Experience of ERP systems essential (specific training in Navision will be given)
  • Previous experience in a similar background would be advantageous
 
skills & Knowledge 

  • Good Organisational skills combined with an attention to detail
  • Must be able to consistently prioritise and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • £25k – £30k (dependant on experience)
