Performance Software Engineer Banbury Permanent £55,000-£60,000 We are partnering with a front runner who work within the motorsport industry and are well renowned for the work that they do. A need has arisen for an experienced Performance Software Engineer to join the team. As a minimum we are looking for the candidate to have a MSc in; computer science, software engineering or any other STEM field. Experience within the motorsport industry is preferred, along with experience developing data management and storage solutions. Knowledge and experience with the following software is preferred; C/C++, Modelica, SQL, Net, Matlab/Simulink and McLaren electronic systems tools. Key skills & responsibilities Design, develop and continually improve cross platform frameworks that allow the team address simulation and data analysis needs. CNC Programmer Abingdon Permanent £33,000-£35,000 + benefits Here at TXM we are partnering with a company who engineer and manufacture composite structures and components, they supply into multiple industries and are now on the hunt for a CNC Programmer to join them. Ideally the candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience on the job from relevant industries such as automotive, aerospace and motorsport. We are looking for the candidate to have Mastercam experience and knowledge of veri-cut would be beneficial. This role is an offline programming role working with the following materials; Epoxy tooling block, Rohacell and Carbon. Alongside the above salary, the successful applicant will receive 20 days holiday + banks and a company pension. Key skills & responsibilities Responsible for the offline programming of a Doosai 5-axis machine Setting and operating when needed.
