TXM Recruit are the leading provider to Rolling Stock Operators and Owners for the provision of turnkey projects and solutions on UK rolling stock. Our team of experienced and multi disciplined Project Managers alongside our fully skilled installation team, have repeatedly delivered the vision of projects on time, on budget and with minimal impact to the customer's ongoing services.
TXM Recruit's approach is unique, offering as standard Project Life Cycle cost review and reduction, program acceleration and improvement ensuring that throughout the life of a Project, that all members of the Project team are exploring ways and opportunities to reduce cost and time impacts against the original contract.
Typical Projects delivered include but are not limited to PIS and CCTV, GSM-R and ERTMS, dilapidation and refresh, modifications and improvements.
