This fantastic long term role working as a Recruitment Specialist is your opportunity to provide your expertise and support to a leading Formula 1 business in Northamptonshire. Using your resourcing and industry knowledge, you will be highly visible in the growing HR team and the Recruitment Specialist that fills this position is absolutely key to the future success of this exciting company.
You will take ownership of live recruitment activity and manage the full recruitment lifecycle of multiple ive hires from identification of need through to offer ncluding; advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, coaching managers, managing offers and feedback, updating the application tracking system and reporting weekly to the HR Manager on live recruitment campaigns.
You will liaise with key stakeholders across the business on creative recruitment solutions and best practice and will be expected to use expertise in recruitment to give advice and support on the best recruitment method to meet the business needs. You will provide critical support and guidance to the business on all recruitment aspects including development and delivery of attraction and selection techniques and candidate management.
You will ensure a thorough understanding of recruitment methodologies, enabling us to attract the very best candidates to the business and have up to knowledge of current and planned legislation regarding recruitment and ensure that the business is operating within the parameters of these at all times.
You will have prior experience within in house and agency recruitment, preferably within the engineering/technology sectors, and with a proven record of managing a commercial recruitment, plus ability to manage the full lifecycle of high-volume recruitment campaigns, proven experience of managing day to day relationships with multiple stakeholders and be assured in writing job advertisements in a creative and methodical manor.
You will be able to shortlist, screen and interview candidates against soft skills and technical experience, have strong experience of coaching managers through recruitment processes and working to best practice which is in line with EU legislation combined with up to date working knowledge of recruitment legislation and how it impacts the recruitment process.
You will also be ideally qualified to degree level and have exposure to or be qualified in CIPD. In return you will get the opportunity to work with a world leader in the Formula 1 industry.
