Customer Insight Researcher
A growing medical device company who specialise in a range of healthcare solutions for the private sector and NHS are looking for a new member of their innovation and product development team. This is a diverse role that will take ownership for generating customer insights and research to produce ideas for new products and enhance existing product.
The successful candidate will be joining in an exciting newly created position where you will manage idea generation through qualitative and quantitative research. You will propose, establish and manage new projects; enjoying the scope to oversee the projects and your ideas from start to finish.
We will be interested to speak with professionals from different backgrounds including experience in consumer / customer research, human factors for instance.
As the Customer Insights lead your responsibilities will cover:
" Work with customers and other stakeholders to generate new insights and product ideas.
" Initiate qualitative and quantitative research on new concepts.
" Oversee qualitative and quantitative research on product prototypes.
" Work in partnership with commercial and sales team, to define deliverables and work with regulatory to define the specific clinical and claims programme.
" Translate commercial objectives into specific technical deliverables.
" Manage projects from idea through to launch.
