Currently looking to recruit an outgoing and motivated Help Desk Agent to join an independent and privately owned business communication provider who are in the stages of setting up an office in the Bristol area to support their ever-growing business.
As a Help Desk Agent, you will be responsible for aiding customers of the business and whilst doing so ensuring you are courteous, timely and effective with the resolution of end user issues. You will be accessing software updates, drivers, knowledge bases and frequently asked questions resources on the internet to aid in problem resolution.
Ideally we would be looking for candidates to come from a IT/Communications background in a similar role, however this is not essential and training will be provided.

" Ability to motivate yourself and keep a positive attitude throughout the day.
" Exceptional customer service skills.
" Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
" Proven track record of hitting service level agreements.
" Fully competent using computers, including MS applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
Successful candidates for the Help Desk Agent role will be paid a salary of up to £22,000 dependent on experience and skills. Typical working hours will be 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
