TXM are delighted to be partnered with a world leader in the construction industry and looking for an Administrator to complete various tasks relating to time sheets, purchase orders and contracts.
-Answer phones professionally using corporate greeting and pass messages in a timely manner.
-Invoice monthly hours for contract machines, hours gained by ringing, emailing or faxing customer.
-Manage contract file making sure new machines are entered onto system and monthly invoicing is set up whilst removing terminated contracts from the system.
-Collate outside purchases, obtain prices, completing relevant paperwork as required, obtain signatures and send invoices to for payment.
-Complete job closing and invoice as directed. Including processing of credits as required. Collate job paperwork, and obtain order numbers from customers as required.
-Sending correspondence to customer / internal as required - including oil sample reports, appraisals, and inspection reports and general correspondence.
-To assist the co-ordinators with any tasks that may be required to ensure specific deadlines can be adhered to.
-General duties including all aspects of banking, hotels bookings and stationery orders as required.
-Work in accordance with UK standards of health, safety, quality and environmental care.
What you'll need:
-Previous administration experience, ideally in a construction or service industry.
-Excellent IT and organisational skills.
